Dunedin Counselling and Therapy      Megan Templeton

Megan Templeton is a qualified counsellor and therapist in Dunedin helping clients with anxiety, depression, grief, problem solving, personal development, life skills, relationships, anger management and mental health.
Counselling sessions are discreet and confidentiality is ensured. Respect and empathy are constant in assisting people to uncover and address their deepest core beliefs, along with the consequences of those beliefs. Therefore, your information and personal story will be regarded with dignity, and addressed in an honest and professional manner.

Counselling sessions are expected to discover long-term mental and physical patterns that increase self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-confidence. Sessions address your expectations and desire for change, and support you through your personal transition whilst learning to cope with new situations. Counselling also helps clients recognise, manage and lower stress, along side developing life skills for anxiety, anger and depression.

As well as providing support to move smoothly through life's inevitable changes, therapy explores concerns and issues to make positive permanent changes, and bring about a deep sense of self-empowerment. Through life coaching, Megan explores useful strategies to identify and achieve personal goals. Personal development is the process of uncovering skills and capabilities that create balance and success within ones life.
